O RLANDO, Fla. – June 2, 2017 – Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens—a new resort from Marriott Vacation Club—is expected to open January 1, 2018 in Bali, Indonesia. This island paradise, known for its incredible diversity and geographical wonders of ancient temples and palaces, is also home to world-class surfing and diving and a serene attitude framed by turquoise waters and curving coastlines. TripAdvisor recently called Bali the world’s favorite destination.

Reservations can be made now by guests, Members and Owners for arrivals beginning January 1, 2018.

Marriott Vacation Club currently has three spectacular properties in Southeast Asia, including Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club and Marriott’s Mai Khao Beach, both in Phuket, Thailand, and Marriott Vacation Club at the Empire Place© in Bangkok, Thailand. The planned addition of Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens continues the company’s growth strategy of adding new locations to its collection of properties and resorts in Asia.

Nestled within the Nusa Dua beachside community, Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens will feature 51 spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, their design inspired by the vivid tropical beauty of Indonesia. The new resort is also expected to share convenient access to amenities and activities* featured at the adjacent 5-star hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua, including on-site dining, lagoon-style pool and lazy river, fitness center and spa as well as access to private beach club amenities at Nusa Dua beach.

The distinctive Bali National Golf Club is just minutes away, as is boutique shopping and eclectic dining featuring cuisines both regional and far-flung. The world’s finest surfing, snorkeling and diving are also all nearby.

Exploring the island, guests quickly discover why Bali is considered a top destination. Inland, towering volcanoes are wrapped in pristine forests and magnificent temples and centuries-old pagodas emerge from the highlands. The island’s famous beaches range from the striking black sand found along the northern and western coasts, to the white shores of Kuta and Nusa Dua. The coves at Uluwatu and Padang Padang are nearly hidden by cliffs and with a little exploring, travelers uncover many of the island’s lesser-known, “secret” beaches including one with its own secret treasure: A gorgeous waterfall.

Nightly guests or Members and Owners, families or couples, novice travelers or those with globetrotting experience will find Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens the ideal home base for discovering the exotic charm and legendary beauty of Bali.

Members and Owners may make reservations for Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens now for arrivals beginning January 1, 2018, through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Exchange Program as an anticipated exchange option. This affiliation and occupancy are subject to Marriott Vacation Club completing its purchase of Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens.
