Cendyn Extends C-Suite Leadership with Two New Appointments

Taking over the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role, Nicki Graham moves up from Senior Vice President Global Marketing to lead the global marketing team and positioning of Cendyn as it further consolidates its product portfolio. Nicki will continue to head the Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams globally with a focus on driving continued growth and brand awareness for the brand.


Ricky Castoldi joins the C-Suite executive as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) following five years at the company as Senior Vice President Sales - Americas. Ricky will play a pivotal role in leading the global sales team to drive continued growth at Cendyn.


Nicki Graham is a seasoned marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience across the public relations and marketing fields. Prior to joining Cendyn in 2017, she ran international PR campaigns for clients across the globe within agencies at IPG and WPP. In the past eight years, Nicki has been instrumental to the global market development of Cendyn, leading a team of marketing professionals responsible for consolidating Cendyn’s growing portfolio of products and services, generating demand, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business development.


Ricky Castoldi has worked in travel and hospitality technology for over 25 years delivering commercial strategies for leading industry technology companies, including Duetto, eRevMax, and Lanyon. Ricky joined Cendyn in 2020, bringing his career full circle having previously worked in Sales at Pegasus, a company acquired by Cendyn in 2021.
