Fifth Dimension Chocolates has launched a rich new Soy Caramel Sauce and a tangy Yuzu Caramel Sauce, both of which are already prize winners after being picked out at this year's coveted Great Taste Awards.

Widely acknowledged as the most respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality food producers, the industry expert judges awarded the London-based chocolatier's Soy Caramel Sauce 2-stars and dubbed it to be outstanding, with the Yuzu Caramel Sauce achieving 1-star and declared to be simply delicious. As with their luxury handmade chocolates, Fifth Dimension Chocolates' brand new caramel sauces are inspired by their culinary experiences from around the globe.

Described by the Great Taste judges as innovative and a “refreshing twist” on salted caramel with a luxurious texture, their smooth malty sweet Soy Caramel is influenced by memories of Hong Kong, and is the exciting next step on from the duo's popular multi award-winning filled chocolate with the same name. The panel of discerning palates (belonging to restaurant critics, food writers and chefs) loved the Yuzu Caramel's intense citrus-sour tang, which balances perfectly with the sweetness of the caramel.

Fifth Dimension Chocolates' new caramel sauces are available to purchase from their website ( individually (£5.50 each) or as a trio collection with their Bangkok-influenced Mango and Passion Fruit Caramel Sauce (£14.85), which also won a Great Taste Awards in 2016.

Those looking to sample the caramel sauces and stock up on unique hamper gifts ahead of Christmas can also visit the team's stand at The Chocolate Show London (booth #B15) at Olympia from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th October.

Fifth Dimension Chocolates also took home 1-star in 2017's awards for their Popayan house dark filled chocolate made with Colombian fine flavour cacao, and 1-star for their 68% Bolivia Dark Chocolate Tablette.
